TRS Logic grants your business a non-exclusive right to use the platform for managing your leads, customers, appointments, and revenue operations. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for the accounts you grant access to.
You are responsible for ensuring that emails, text messages, and calls sent through TRS Logic comply with applicable communication and consent laws in your jurisdiction.
We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but the service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance and third-party provider outages may affect automation delivery.
Your business retains ownership of all records you create in TRS Logic. You may request an export or deletion of your workspace data at any time.
