TRS Logic stores the account details you provide (name, business name, email, phone) and the customer, lead, opportunity, appointment, and communication records you create or import into your workspace.
Data is used solely to operate the platform for your business: scoring opportunities, scheduling follow-ups and appointments, sending the communications you configure, and reporting on your pipeline. We do not sell your data or your customers' data.
Each workspace is isolated at the database level so records are only accessible to the signed-in accounts that own them. Access is authenticated, transport is encrypted, and third-party providers (such as email and calendar services) are only contacted when you explicitly connect them.
Records remain in your workspace until you delete them or close your account. On closure, workspace data is removed from active systems.
